Eating is another medium of exploration; a thrilling opportunity to discover a new realm of yourself. In order to better my health, I've had a taste of it all. Juicing, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, counting macros, intermittent fasting, carb-cycling, carb-loading, super food βsuper mealsβ, anti-inflammatory diets, various vitamin stacks... you name it, I've tried it.
Through this process of varying my diet and eating habits, I've learned what my body really responds to, and what it really does not. Nutrition is a unique reflection of oneself; a conscious test of your ability to be disciplined, consistent, and creative. As an individual who has found success in trial and error, I am very open to dietary flexibility, edible accommodations, and alternative possibilities with the intent to discover what works best. Exercising practical nutrition is an honest gesture of kindness to mind, body and self. With the gift of nourishment you can unlock your power, confidence and worthiness that you had dismissed for far too long.
