If you are in search of Custom Training targeted solely around your fitness goals, capabilities, skills and desires, this is the service for you! With 1-on-1 training you receive a thoughtfully planned program paired with the valuable guidance necessary to help you navigate through various exercises. This closely chaperoned style of training will escort you towards your individual ambitions all while developing the valuable tools to understand your body, build strength, confidence, resilience and discipline.

2-on-1
With the same attentiveness as 1-on-1 Personal training, 2-on-1 Training allows you the opportunity to enjoy your session with a friend, family member or significant other. “It is prosperity that gives friends but adversity that proves them”. When we open up to the sweaty pursuit that is physical exertion, a 2-on-1 session is an excellent platform for building a strong foundation of comradery.

All aboard the struggle bus! Be a part of a team, hold yourself obligated, and most importantly, have fun. On the odd day where your head is hung low, you’re dragging your feet, and you can barely show up for yourself; it is then that your community lifts your head high, puts some pep in your step, and keeps you accountable to your aspirations. Sometimes all you need is one person to remind you “It isn’t impossible, I’m possible.”

In this safe, interactive, virtual platform, Zoom offers a variety of opportunities to reach your fitness targets, perspire with your pals, and train in the comfort of your own bubble. It’s as easy as a couple clicks of a cursor!
From 1-on-1, Small Group or Corporate training, the possibilities are endless.

Custom Plan 1 - 3x per week: Programmed Workouts designed around your available equipment, environment, preferences and individual capabilities $20 each workout
6-Week Custom Training Plan: $600+GST
