When you train with me you receive a thoughtfully planned program paired with the valuable guidance necessary to help you navigate through various exercises. This closely chaperoned style of training guides you towards your individual ambitions, while working within your capabilities and limitations. Whether you’re a collegiate athlete, fitness enthusiast or new to working out, Lemoncrystals welcomes all the movers and shakers. Whether you’re riding solo or struggle bussing with your pals, you will certainly walk away (very slowly) knowing you put in that hustle.

Whether we’re at a park, pier or gym, The Struggle Bus has many stops throughout the North Vancouver neighborhood giving you both variety and zest from Lolo to UpLo.
